Kerry is a Commercial Account Handler with a love for exploring new places and cultures, having lived abroad in two countries. If she could master one skill, it would be becoming multilingual – to connect with people everywhere.
A keen golfer with a 22 handicap, Kerry is also an early bird who starts her day at the gym. Her dream holiday would be South Korea, but her heart was stolen by Finland’s magical northern lights and snowy landscapes. Fun fact: Kerry could fly a plane before she could drive a car – fitting, as her dream career outside insurance would be a pilot. Guided by her motto, “Vis ta vie,” she brings energy, curiosity, and dedication to both her clients and her personal goals.

An early riser (5 am sharp!) and Commercial Account Handler with a background in marine cargo, Dominic combines meticulous attention to detail at work with a healthy appetite for adventure outside it. When the day’s business is done, he’s likely lifting weights, reading Dickens, or seeking out the next great meal—Jimmy’s Café in Tonbridge being a firm favourite.
A culture buff with a taste for the classics, his recommendations range from The Godfather to The Sopranos and The Wire, and he’s currently retracing the streets of Dickensian London. He’s travelled far and wide, from walking the perilous Jungle Inca Trail in Peru to living with a monastic community in Chile while teaching English at Santiago’s Colegio San Benito. When not plotting a history-soaked getaway to Rome, he’s listening to Metallica, Black Sabbath, or Johnny Cash.

Before joining us, Sam built a solid foundation in the automotive industry, including time at Mercedes, where he first learned the value of integrity—doing the right thing, even when no one’s watching. It’s a philosophy that’s shaped his career and earned him the trust of his clients.
As our motor and fleet specialist, Sam brings not only technical knowledge but also real-world industry experience. His practical, client-first approach ensures tailored insurance solutions that meet the unique needs of each business he works with. Outside of the office, Sam is most at home on two wheels—whether he’s cycling through the South Downs on a gravel bike or tackling Alpine trails on his mountain bike. Having recovered from spinal surgery, being back in the saddle is one of his proudest personal achievements.
Sam is a self-declared morning person (coffee always, latte preferred), with a soft spot for Yellowstone, The Usual Suspects, and the occasional Haribo Starmix binge. He’s currently planning to learn how to sail a catamaran with his family, combining his love of adventure with his dream holiday destination—Sardinia. At home, he shares life with two spirited cats, Boris Johnson and Baby Tiger—names chosen by his children, of course.

Barbora is one of our account handlers who specialises in property, contractors, and leisure businesses
Outside of the office, Barbora enjoys gardening, immersing herself in fantasy audiobooks, and playing Dungeons & Dragons. She also has a knack for collecting quirky trinkets. Guiding both her professional and personal life is the philosophy: “Everything happens for a reason. It might not make sense now, but it will someday.” When it comes to entertainment, Barbora’s favourite film is The Wolf of Wall Street, and her top book pick is The Buy Side by Turney Duff. Her music taste is incredibly diverse, spanning classical, country, rock, jazz, blues, pop, D&B, and house.
A fun fact about Barbora is her love for white water rafting and a past life in rock climbing. She’s definitely a morning person, fuelled by coffee, and dreams of exploring all of Greece and its beautiful islands. While she enjoys both movies and TV shows equally, her guilty pleasure snack is dark chocolate. At home, Barbora is a proud dog mum to three pups and hopes to one day learn how to ride a motorbike.
Outside of work, Megan is always on the go—whether she’s at the gym, traveling, baking, or diving into a good book. She’s also passionate about learning and regularly takes online courses in coding, SEO, and marketing to expand her skill set.

Outside of work, Sarah enjoys leisurely strolls with her family and cherishing moments with her mischievous twin granddaughters. In her leisure time, Marion enjoys lawn green bowls in the summer and occasionally indulges in fishing. She’s a sports enthusiast, supporting short-form cricket and the mighty Arsenal football team. While she enjoys watching matches from home, nothing beats the atmosphere of being in the stadium.

Introducing Hayley, our Accounts Manager. Hayley is the go-to person for settling insurance payments and following up with those who haven’t paid. If you see her name pop up on your phone, don’t worry—it doesn’t necessarily mean you’re in trouble (well, most of the time).
Despite her knack for handling these tasks, Hayley is approachable and lovable. She has over 10 years of experience in the insurance sector, having started her career as a payment provider for a travel insurance company. An old soul with street smarts, she loves Guy Ritchie films, and her favourite song is “Ain’t No Pleasing You” by Chas and Dave.
Hayley’s vibrant personality and sense of humour add the perfect balance of professionalism and friendliness to the team. But, if you want to avoid hearing her ‘rabbit’ on, we recommend paying those insurance bills on time!

Aimee Christophis, our Operations Manager, plays a crucial role in team management. While she doesn’t specialise in any specific insurance industry, she has been with Clarke Williams for seven years, joining us shortly after the business started. Aimee humorously claims to be our first employee, although technically, she took over a role from someone else.
Aimee has been in the insurance industry since she was 18, gaining experience in various roles. She started in sales at a small brokerage, then became an account handler for a marine insurance broker, and later worked in aviation insurance at JLT. Throughout her career, liability and commercial combined products have been her main focus, adapting to different industries.
When she’s not in the office, Aimee enjoys a Chinese takeaway while binge-watching ‘The Walking Dead,’ ‘Friends,’ or ‘Grey’s Anatomy.’ She’s also a bookworm, devouring 3-5 books per month! Aimee’s blend of expertise and light-heartedness makes her an invaluable part of our team.
Joint Managing Director
01732 252 898
htomkins@clarkewilliams.co.uk
Henry Clarke, our driven Director and Co-founder, brings a wealth of experience to our team. Having joined the insurance industry at the age of 19 (though he may have been roped into some filing duties by his parents before then), he quickly rose through the ranks, starting as a junior account handler.
Henry has worked on both sides of the fence—brokering and underwriting—and specialises in construction, commercial property, and high-value homes. His meticulous attention to detail is evident in the exceptional service he provides. Henry has also brokered some interesting premiums, including coverage for tigers in a zoo and the safe journey of a Fabergé egg collection.
When he’s not finding the best business insurance deals for our commercial clients, Henry enjoys cycling and indulging in his favourite Chinese takeaway, especially crispy chili beef. As a music lover, he’s often found belting out Foo Fighters tunes.

Lauren thrives on building trusted relationships and takes pride in protecting the things that matter most to her clients. Outside the office, Lauren is a coffee-fuelled night owl, gym enthusiast, and travel lover-Mexico is her favourite destination so far, but the Bahamas (and its famous pig beach) is firmly on her list. She’s happiest with fajitas or lasagne on her plate, enjoys a good walk followed by dinner with friends, and once even made a surprise appearance on a TV show.

Scott Williams, Director and Co-founder, is an insurance industry veteran with a passion for professional indemnity. With over 15 years of experience, Scott has seen it all and brings a wealth of knowledge to our team. He began his career in 2006 and spent 9 years at the same company, gaining expertise across various sectors.
Beyond the office, Scott is a self-proclaimed food enthusiast with a particular fondness for Italian cuisine. Although he relies on his family’s feedback to confirm his culinary skills, he enjoys cooking. His diverse interests include listening to indie and Motown music, reading science and philosophy books, running, painting, and even winemaking.
Scott’s witty outlook on life keeps the team entertained with jokes and anecdotes—from insuring robotic hands and valuable artwork to accidental wins at auctions and even waxing his legs for charity at work.
