Clarke Williams has been a God Send this past year.As residences of a small apartment block we decided to form a RTM and desperately needed help and support in finding the correct building insurance, especially as one of our apartments is a holiday let.Oliver... Boatwright-Smith was knowledgeable, supportive and effortlessly professional and kind through the entire process. We are extremely pleased with the level of cover and the premium Oliver was able to get for us.A few short months later and unfortunately we had to make a claim due to escape of water in one of the properties. As the resident of the property in question has health conditions this made assessment of the damage and completion of works rather tricky.Oliver was consistently marvellous in supporting the resident, helping to guide them and us through what was for us an unknown process.Without all of his help we would not of known or understood our rights or been able to reach an appropriate settlement while ensuring we are still able to get a decent premium when we renew later this year.Insurance is necessary, it cannot be avoided but to find a company and an employee within that company who fully meets and exceeds our needs and expectations is priceless.read more
